First 1/2 - MSFW

This week in Melbourne in Melbourne Spring Fashion Week. So this is what is consuming me whilst trying to complete crucial school work which is all due next week before our 3 week September break. Monday night was the night fashion week was meant to hit off, there was supposedly a huge launch festival type event in the city although it was only a matter of driving there in heavy traffic to discover that my 3 friends and I felt like we were the only people there - so we got back in the car are pretty much went back home straight away. Wednesday night made up for it, I went to runway 2 which definitely made up for the unfortunate event on Monday night. My favourite designer of the night was Maurie & Eve who executed neon colour pop very well.

I was sporting my new MINKPINK golden shorts, black leather TOPSHOP t-shirt and ZOMP heels.

To cap off my MSFW experience, this Saturday I'll be watching runway 5 which I'm looking forward to. I'm thinking i'll wear my new vintage emerald green blazer, I'll keep you posted!

Emerald pop

I've discovered that when it comes to piecing together an outfit with my tweet blazer, I always gravitate to emerald/peacock green. Today I got my new wedged lace up sport shoes in the mail. They're rip off Celines's but they look pretty fine to me! Tonight I had dinner at Fonda Mexican, a modern Mexican style restaurant in Richmond. They dinner was amazing, we ordered at least half of the dishes on their menu. My favourite burrito has to be the kangaroo fillet one, and I'm not too fond of red meat either so that is really saying something! The 40 minute wait was completely worth it.

Tweet blazer - Topshop
Silky emerald singlet - Sportsgirl
Black harem style pant - Lil' asian shop

Neck brace

One of my favourite brands being 3.1 Phillip Lim has done it again, I thought the Karl Lagerfeld collar piece was amazing... until I saw this.

Tweed-tweed

Black and white Chanel inspired tweet jacket I bought from top shop near the begining of the year.
Sorry I've been so slack with my updates lately, I've just been focusing on school and haven't found the time between school, study, work and a social life.
This afternoon I got my hair cut, like, all of it! Probably close to 6 inches at least is gone off the ends. It's up to my shoulders now and it's looking a thousand times healthier. I'm looking forward to it growing a couple more inches because it's shorter than what I asked for (as we all know that's what hairdressers do) This weekends a pretty social one for me so I should surely have some new exciting posts up!
