I'm forever obsessed over Motel Rock's print designs. Currently the most covetable dress to me at this point in time is the mirrored island dress. It goes to show all you really need is a simple cut and hectic print to make a dress seem so 'wow'.  I'm into the fantasy of mystical colours right now so that's probably why I'm gravitating mostly to this print. I'm also in love with the revolution of digital printing. Motel isn't only a print specialist but also has many other amazing creations. Its merely impossible to settle down for one single theme to clad my new bedroom with, when I desire so many of this interiors. So I’ve come to the conclusion to make my room a magical concoction of a million and one different styles. Here’s a few photos I’ve collected over the past month as inspiration. I’m hoping to make some DIY pieces myself to make the room a slight more personal. It's going to be far from monotonous.

This Marni resin bracelet seems very me right now. You could wear it with so much, so many colours can become friends with this bangle and get along so well as an outfit, right. It's filled with clusters of semi-precious stones... ooh la la. Sooo on my dream list right now. 

Rumi for Myer

Today I was fortunate enough to have the chance of meeting and merely having 'dnm's with Rumi Neely. She is someone I undeniably look up to and have been for a few years now. I have gotten to see her blog Fashiontoast evolve and it has been an experience watching her personal style gradually change and go in a loop. She said some pretty meaningful things at the Myer interview today it the basement - words I will definitely go home with and remember regardless of whether she knew how much they'd have an effect on me. She gave some valuable advice like to never follow trends because your just cloning everyone else. Be unique and prove your sense of style and individuality to the world. I think that people are indenial most of the time about being 'themselves' when honestly I think they're having trouble coping to conform to the liking's of everybody else. Leaving today's appearance I feel more inspired about my blog. 


For those who haven't met Rumi, she is undoubtedly the most down to earth person I have met. She's fun and knows how to be cheesy, if that kind of makes sense? My friends Rebekah, Darlin and I waited around anxiously for her to come back out after her initial appearance and got to have a third talk to her. It was stress free until an anxious big ass body guard booted her out of out convo. The conversation was more friendly and non restrained than 'corporate'. She unhesitantly partook in some selfies and agreed to coming back to Melbourne with Bryan (inward joyous moment). She then agreed to take a look at my blog so Rumi, if you are reading this HEY GIRL! 

Mesmerized by Manning

I literally just got home from a boutique near my house abundant with Manning Cartel's latest collection. I was so fantasized by the geometric and digital printed designs that I didn't care to look at the price. I am currently online shopping for their dresses of coarse, and trying not to let the price range phase me. However, my favourite dress does the human figure no justice what so ever. It's quite the square of a dress and wouldn't complement anyone but a twig.
